Lock Media does an excellent job of maintaining our website day in and day out. They have been able to develop a wonderful online ticket purchasing system that merges our bus schedules into advanced travel routes beautifully. Lock media also has recreated our new home page and website structure to make it easy for our customers to navigate through the entire purchasing process.
Lock Media has also developed a special web based application that allows our agents to sell bus tickets to our customers regardless of the physical location. They have also created a statistics and sales reconciliation pages to help us see where people are getting their information and how they are progressing through the purchasing process within our website.
